We continue to see rain and fog in our forecast and I know this makes for a messy operation. Last weekend was especially rough and I really appreciate all of you that were here to assist our customers and your team mates. The great news is that everyone worked safely, so let’s do that again please.
Looking back at October for just a moment, October was one of our best operational months in company history. We will receive two payouts as we achieved top tier in arrival within zero and departure zero, and the 3rd payout for our customer satisfaction score is looking pretty good as well; we will know if we made it next week. Locally, we won the October STAR competition for the 2nd month in a row and the 3rd time this year! Congratulations on this important achievement there is a strong correlation to STAR performance and how well the rest of the day operates.
Please remember that annual enrollment for benefits is under way. For those who want to review their coverage and make changes, you can access Your Benefits Resources via Flying Together. If you have questions, please call the Benefits Center at 1-800-651-1007. Our Human Resources Team will be available to assist you any time, and will offer enrollment help on November 6 from 1300 – 1500, near C 45. Additional dates include November 16, 18, and 19.
The deadline for completing benefits enrollment is November 20th with no exceptions so please get it done!
