Hello and thank you for visiting our website.

I have been proudly representing my coworkers for as long as we have had a union at IAH. Today, I am honored to serve Local 811 as your Grievance Committee Chairman. Over the years, I have handled hundreds of grievances, hearings and arbitrations, and I have put those years of experience to work for my friends and coworkers here in Houston.

I believe strongly in empowering IAH fleet service workers, so that each and every one of us can enforce the contract, obtain information and fight back against unfair discipline. I will not rest until you get the respect that you deserve.

    Supervisor Complaint Form

    Hello, and thank you for helping maintain a professional and respectful workplace. This form is intended to offer workers a standardized way to report supervisor misconduct that may not warrant a formal grievance. If you have witnessed a serious legal, safety or contractual violation by a supervisor, the grievance process is always the best response. 

    In some cases, we will use this information to open a dialog with Hub Managers on ways that we can work together to improve working conditions at IAH. We will not disclose your name to anyone.
