If you have been injured at work, please seek medical attention immediately. Any delay in reporting an injury can complicate the OJI process, and may result in denial of your claim. More importantly, it could risk your health. 

Once you have sought medical attention, or if your injury is minor, you are required to notify the company as soon as you are able. ​

About the OJI Committee

The OJI committee is staffed by volunteers who want to assist injured or sick employees at IAH.

​The OJI process can be complicated, especially when dealing with an injury. We want to help you to understand your rights, and help you find the information you need as easily as possible. 

If you would like to support the work that we are doing, please consider contributing directly as a volunteer, or by telling your coworkers about us. You can also help by offering suggestions to improve this page. Your input is valuable, and will be carefully considered.
