The Grievance Committee
The members of the Local 811 Grievance Committee want to make sure that you are treated fairly at work, and that you receive all the respect and safe working conditions that you are entitled to. Although we cannot guarantee any particular outcome, we will always do our best to get you the help you need.
HOW WE CAN HELP
If you are having trouble solving a problem with management, if you uncover contractual violations on the part of the company, or if you have safety concerns, the Grievance Committee may be able to assist you. We cannot force the company to act in your favor, but we can help you understand what is involved, we can ask questions on your behalf, and we can initiate the grievance process when appropriate.
